Web FFmpeg: licenses and source

The web media component uses @ffmpeg/core 0.12.10, configured under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later, and the @ffmpeg/ffmpeg 0.12.15 JavaScript wrapper under the MIT license. Individual source files and dependencies retain their respective licenses.
